VoyenceControl NG’s Zero-Touch Install eliminates the most costly components of turning up a service: pre-staging of equipment and truck rolls. With VoyenceControl NG, a device may be drop shipped directly to the installation site without concern for firmware, OS level or pre-configuration. At the remote site, the device only needs to be plugged in to power and the network, and configured for an IP address and subnet mask; VoyenceControl NG will do the rest. VoyenceControl NG confirms the device's identity, checks and upgrades the firmware and OS level if necessary, pushes the configuration, performs designated diagnostics, and reports on the results. If an OSS or BSS device is configured, VoyenceControl will send that system an event to complete service activation.
