Welcome to EMC SupportSummary of ChangesEffective March 31, 2008, the Voyence product family became part of the EMC Resource Management Software Group (RMSG and Voyence support was integrated into EMC’s global customer support organization. With this integration, service enhancements and new support procedures were implemented. The information below will help you access EMC support when you need it! Access support via EMC PowerlinkVoyence maintenance customers are now serviced using EMC’s customer support system—Powerlink. Powerlink provides continuous access to resources such as documentation, service request creation and management, and self-help tools. All customer site information and open service requests are in Powerlink. Further, Powerlink is now the vehicle for online submission of new service requests. Register for Powerlink todayIf you are a support customer and have not yet registered for Powerlink, please take time to do so now and become familiar with the many new tools available to you and others in your organization. Please review the following resources for registration tips and valuable information about personalizing your account For help with Powerlink registration, access or eServices tools, please contact us at Powerlink@emc.com. New Customer Support Telephone NumbersCustomers should use EMC’s central number for all telephone support.
