Our curriculum of courses is designed around organizational roles and functions:

  • VoyenceControl NG Overview is designed for managers who won’t be using the product directly but who still should understand how it works. It includes a summary of the VoyenceControl NG product, a discussion of how it’s used in organizations, and a review of how the software supports your business processes for network change management.
  • System Administration is designed for system administrators and covers the topics associated with setting up and managing the VoyenceControl NG environment, including administration of hardware and software operations, managing users and security administration, network administration, and managing the device servers that link the software with the physical network.
  • Service Assurance is designed for operations staff and covers the product functionality needed to diagnose network issues and implement changes to the configuration of the network.
  • Service Delivery is designed for network engineering staff and covers the product’s basic functionality as well as the functions necessary to design networks, and implement and enforce design standards and approval processes for implementing new designs or design changes.
