Voyence Reinforces Commitment to ITIL with Recent Certifications

CTO, Director of Product Management and VP of Services qualify for Pink Elephant certifications.

Richardson, TX, Aug. 1, 2005 — Voyence™ Inc., the leading provider of network configuration management solutions, today announced that three members of its management team have qualified for IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) certification by IT management best-practices organization and ITIL authority Pink Elephant. Among those qualifying for the certification under ITIL guidelines are David Schrodel, Chief Technology Officer; Brian Klotzman, Director of Product Management; and Michael Hunt, Vice President of Services.

ITIL provides an integrated, process-based, best practices framework for managing IT services. At the core of ITIL lies the CMDB, a centralized data store for IT asset configuration management data. The certifications reinforce Voyence’s commitment to ITIL, and follow the company’s recent announcement that it has partnered with BMC Software, Inc. to integrate VoyenceControl with BMC’s Atrium CMDB.
