During more than five years at Micromuse, he had sales and technical services responsibilities for three key verticals including the Enterprise, Service Provider and Federal markets. Prior to Micromuse he was General Manager for Ameritech's Advanced Data Services Business Unit, which served Ameritech’s top 200 largest business and government customers. Before that he focused on managing strategic national accounts for AT&T, as well as building a strategic sales organization there, which successfully targeted the Fortune 500. “During my tenure at Micromuse, I saw that Voyence, as a key Micromuse partner, was gaining significant traction solving network availability, security and compliance management customer problems with a solution that also increases operational efficiencies,” said Bill Cannon. “I am pleased to join the Voyence team and look forward to extending the company’s leadership.” Mary Morgan, who has successfully led the Voyence global sales organization to date in garnering the most stellar list of customers in the industry, has been promoted into the strategic new role of Senior Vice President, Global Operations. Morgan’s focus is on operational delivery to enhance customer satisfaction with responsibilities spanning Product Management, Systems Engineering, Professional Services and Customer Support. “I am proud that the average tenure of our executive
