Voyence Appoints Gregory S. Donohue as Vice President of Global Enterprise and Channel Sales

Richardson, Texas, July 11, 2007 – Voyence, a pioneer in automated network change and configuration management solutions, today announced the appointment of Gregory S. Donohue as Vice President of Global Enterprise and Channel Sales. As a veteran of sales and channel management, Donohue will spearhead Voyence’s global enterprise and channel strategy aimed at further strengthening the company’s relationships with key partners and customers while driving revenue growth through channel sales.

Donohue comes to Voyence having served as vice president of sales and services for Metallect Corporation, a company offering risk management for business critical applications. Responsible for worldwide software sales and delivery, he directed Metallect’s sales by setting up its first regional sales teams, creating a sales support department and formalizing implementation services.

Prior to Metallect, Donohue served as vice president of worldwide sales and support for Collation, an IBM subsidiary, where he guided a 180 percent increase in sales throughout his tenure. After IBM’s acquisition of Collation, Donohue remained as a key leader for IBM’s Configuration Management Database/IT Service Management (CMDB/ITSM) group. He was also senior director of sales for both Intelliden and EMC SMARTS respectively.
