OEM’s With HP and Motorola, and Key Customer Wins Underscore Market Leadership

Richardson, Texas, January 23, 2007 – Further securing its leadership position in the change and configuration management market, Voyence today announced it extended its track-record of success in 2006 – posting record revenue and customer growth. Highlights include new customers across a wide variety of industry verticals, a growing channel program and new products that greatly simplify and automate customers’ change, configuration and compliance activities.

Continuing to grow its channel program, Voyence also entered licensing agreements with both HP and Motorola, extending globally the addressable market for VoyenceControl.

• Service Provider Leadership – The addition of new service provider customers including BT Americas, US Cellular, VeriCenter and Vanguard Managed Solutions. These customers join Voyence’s already prestigious installed base customers Sprint Nextel Corporation, Vanco and Verizon Business.

• Systems Integrator Leadership – Voyence also added Affiliated Computer Services, Inc. (ACS) to its growing list of integrator customers, which already includes Accenture and Perot Systems Corporation.

• International Leadership – The addition of global customers, including Antenna Hungary, Casema, iNet, Interkabel, Samba Bank, Saudi University, Swedish Transport and Telecom Namibia.

• Product Leadership – The introduction a new reporting suite that provides visibility into whether critical network resources are configured in compliance with government regulatory requirements (SOX, HIPAA, PCI, SAS-70), internal standards, as well as industry best practices for change management such as ITIL® (the IT Infrastructure Library).
