Integration Combines Real Time Root Cause and Automated Configuration Management for Maximum Network Availability and Minimum Operational Costs

The solution helps IT organizations quickly diagnose whether root cause problems were caused by misconfigured devices, and then automate the previously manual, time consuming and expensive task of reconfiguring the devices to meet corporate and regulatory compliance standards.

Voyence joined EMC Corporation’s EMC Smarts Technology Alliance Program, and as a result of Voyence’s participation, VoyenceControl NG now fully shares change and configuration management information with EMC Smarts’ network fault isolation and root-cause analysis software. The seamless exchange of information expands visibility and insight into the IT infrastructure’s operation, enabling a complete understanding of how network configuration changes affect the delivery of business services.

• Set and Enforce Security Standards and Policies for IT Compliance Mandates – The new integration automates the IT compliance management process, improving network security and significantly reducing the risk of violating corporate and government regulations.
• Decreased Risk – The combined offering enables IT administrators to receive performance degradation alerts via EMC Smarts and immediately resolve the issue by restoring faulty devices back to a working state in just a few clicks.
