Voyence Partners with Croatian-based Systems Integrator Verso

Richardson, Texas, March 23, 2006 – Voyence, a pioneer in automated change and configuration management solutions, today announced that it has signed a partnership agreement with Mrežne tehnologije Verso d.o.o., a leading Croatian systems integrator specializing in the design and implementation of telecommunications and enterprise management systems to a growing Blue Chip customer base in Croatia and Southeastern Europe.

Voyence’s VoyenceControl NG solution will help Verso’s banking and managed service provider customers meet their external requirements for compliance auditing imposed by the growing SOX, Basel II and ITIL auditing regulations. Verso will be deploying VoyenceControl NG in combination with other core products from Cisco Systems, EMC Smarts, InfoVista and N(i)² to help customers align their IT infrastructure with ITIL best practices.

• VoyenceControl NG’s extensive APIs enable in-depth integration with products such as BMC’s Remedy. Other offerings tested were not able to pull and display all change and configuration data needed to make informed decisions.
