Voyence Partners With Hungarian-Based Synergon Information Systems

Richardson, Texas, February 27, 2006 - Voyence™, a pioneer in automated change and configuration management solutions, today announced that it has signed a partnership agreement with Synergon Information Systems Plc., a leading Hungarian systems integration company and the leading provider of Micromuse solutions to the Hungarian market.

The agreement results in Voyence offering its leading platform VoyenceControl, in combination with Synergon group's consultancy, implementation and support services to large enterprise and telecommunications companies. Integrated solutions and implementation procedures will be delivered throughout Hungary and the Eastern European region.
