Orzechowski will manage worldwide marketing activities, including product marketing and management, marketing communications, sales support, demand generation, channel marketing and public relations. Prior to Voyence, Orzechowski was vice president of marketing at Smarts, a leading provider of automated service assurance solutions, where his marketing efforts contributed to significant revenue growth, several new product launches, partner and channel marketing programs, and new customer accounts. As vice president of marketing, he was instrumental in creating marketing programs that differentiated the company in an extremely competitive and consolidating market. Smarts was sold to EMC earlier this year. Prior to joining Smarts, Orzechowski served as vice president of marketing for Aprisma Management Technologies, where he successfully branded and launched the Cabletron Systems spinout. At Aprisma, Orzechowski rebranded, packaged, priced, and launched Aprisma's core product line and spearheaded global marketing campaigns. Orzechowski's prior industry experience includes nine years as a leading marketing executive at Cabletron Systems.
