Voyence Finishes Strong 2005

Growth Fueled By Surge in Enterprise and Service Provider Customers, Strategic Partnerships and New Hires

NEW CUSTOMERS - Driven by growing demand for automated compliance, change and configuration management solutions, Voyence broadened its customer base across key enterprise and service provider sectors. Notable customer wins included British Telecom Global Solutions, Chevron, GMAC, Hughes, HCA, NEC America, Pioneer Natural Resources and US Cellular.

NEW PARTNERS – Voyence also inked partnerships with the industry’s leading management vendors, including BMC, CA, Cisco, EMC|Smarts, HP, and Micromuse. The partnerships have resulted in tightly integrated solutions that extend the capabilities of today’s leading fault management solutions to include support for configuration management, as well as next generation CMDB (configuration management database) capabilities.

NEW HIRES – Voyence also expanded its management team with strategic new hires, including Bill Cannon, from Micromuse as VP of Sales, and Darren Orzechowski from EMC|Smarts as VP of Marketing.

NEW MARKETS – The company also extended its geographic coverage, opening the doors to a new European office located just outside London. Voyence has already gained traction with key customers and channel partners, including DB Logiciels in France and Lunaris in Italy.
