Voyence Joins EMC Smarts Technology Alliances Program
Alliance Unites Automated Configuration Management Capabilities of Voyence With EMC Smarts Real-Time Business Management Solution
Richardson, Texas, January 04, 2006 - Voyence™, the leading provider of automated change and configuration management solutions, today announced its acceptance into EMC Corporation’s EMC Smarts Technology Alliances Program. As part of the alliance, Voyence unveiled plans to deliver this quarter integration between the VoyenceControl change and configuration management solution and the EMC Smarts analysis and impact assessment software.
“According to a recent report by the industry analysts at Enterprise Management Associates, 60 percent of infrastructure problems today are caused by misconfigured devices,” said Darren Orzechowski, Vice President of Marketing, Voyence. “This technology integration attacks that problem directly by providing our customers with a closed-loop management system that measures and analyzes the root cause of problems using EMC Smarts while leveraging the award-winning technology of Voyence to update and change misconfigured devices.”
